Unlike browser-based data capture tools, Phast is offline-first: it queues transactions locally when Wi-Fi drops in the warehouse or on the shop floor and syncs automatically on reconnect. It is built for operators, not accountants — large touch targets, barcode scanning, and screens that match how work actually flows through a plant.
Phast is in production at Tru-Trac Rollers and Pump & Abrasion Technologies, both in Centurion, South Africa. At Tru-Trac Rollers it runs against SYSPRO through the PhX API. Phast pairs with Phlow for structured approvals and Pharos for natural-language queries over shop floor data.

Those are worth looking at, and we will say so on a call. Phast is not a replacement for any of them. It exists for the cases we kept meeting on South African plants: sites where Wi-Fi coverage is genuinely unreliable and capture has to keep working through a full shift offline, and operations whose capture flow has to be shaped around an unusual process rather than a standard one. Every transaction posts back through the PhX API using SYSPRO business objects, so SYSPRO stays the system of record either way.
