Phygital Tech is a South African manufacturing technology company. We build the software that runs on factory floors, in ERP systems, and increasingly, inside AI agents.
We're not a large consulting firm. We're a focused team with deep expertise in manufacturing operations and the software systems that support them, built over years of actually running those operations, not just advising on them.

The overlap between mechanical engineering, operations management, and software development is rare. That's the moat. We understand what a work order actually represents on the shop floor : the material, the tooling, the sequence, the constraints. We build software that reflects that reality.

From there we extend, configure, and integrate until the platform fits your operation like it was built in-house, because functionally, it was.
Our engineering process is AI-augmented with automated governance at every step: code review, security scanning, architectural validation, and test coverage, all enforced before a single line reaches production. The founder architects every system personally. AI accelerates the build; it doesn't replace the judgement.
